Patrick Beardmore

I like to take a very hands on approach when working on a project, allowing the tangibility, and how we interact with an outcome to communicate with us, as much as the content itself. It’s this interest in material and how a process affects the language of design that influences my decisions and ideas. Ecological and environmental design fascinates me most at the moment, involving architecture, science, anthropology, woodworking, all part of the cross-disciplinary research that’s a crucial part of my practice.
